Description
The Power Bands by LEGION Equipment are a valid support for assisted pull-ups, speed, jumping, strenght and core trainings. They are also widely used to improve aerobic performance, for rehabilitation, stretching, flexibility and mobility exercises. The band can be effectively integrated to bodyweight exercises to increase the difficulty. In fact, elastic band behave as a “resistance”, thus stimulating intense muscle contractions. The width of the band varies; the thicker the product is, the stronger is the resistance. Four variants are available: black, purple, green, blue. They have a resistance of 23, 36, 54 and 68 kg respectively.
