Description
The Kettlebell PRO by LEGION Equipment is a training tool which proves to be useful for both cross-training and functional workouts. Cast iron is the constructional material of these kettlebells, which provide to the product excellent durability.
The cast iron core is covered by a layer of special powder coating which improves the grip on the handles. This feature also increase the overall grip safety when performing the exercises.
Thanks to the different colored rings and to the weight labels, these kettlebells are easy to identify.
The Kettlebell PRO are characterized by a wide and stable base. Thus, it is possible to perform exercises such as the “Plank Row”, where a stable support is required for a correct execution.
This tool become an important aid during functional tranings where the synchronous activation of core, arms, legs and back is a fundamental requirement.
