The Men’s Cross Traning Barbell by LEGION Equipment is an essential tool because several fundamentals beloging to different training disciplines (functional training, power-lifting, weight-lifting) can be executed. In fact, using this barbell, exercises such as back squat, deadlift, overhead press and bent-over row can be performed.
The maximum load this barbell can tolerate is 450 kg. The diameter of the handles is 30 mm.
This barbell is covered by a layer of chrome, which provides to the product great durability.
In addition, this product has knurlings on the handles. The central knurling is smoother in comparision with the other knurlings. This feature is fundamental during functional trainings, where quick barbell movements against the body (legs, chest) could cause some scratches.
